Add Carddav
Everyone should log out of roundcube before doing the next steps
otherwise they'll have to clear their browser cache in order not
to get a database error. You may have to do this anyway.

 # cd carddav
 # curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | php
 # php composer.phar install
